Features of PP Filter Paper
1. This melt blown PP filter paper is made of super fine polypropylene fibers of diameters ranging from 1 to 10μm. Especially, because we do an extra hot roll process, this PP filter paper has an increased filtration accuracy of 0.1μm.
2. The random distribution of fine fibers makes for a more refined melt blown finished product, ensuring good filtration performance. This gives the filter paper a larger surface area and high porosity (≥75%).
3. As this industrial air filter paper has had electrets added to it, it has a low resistance to airflow, high filtration efficiency and a large holding capacity for particles.
4. Since no adhesives were used in manufacturing this filtration product, it has stable chemical properties, high tensile strength and a strong resistance to acids, alkalis and other corrosive materials.
