Working principle
This series of crusher machine utilizes impact energy to crush materials into particles. When entering the blow bars area, the stone materials will be crushed under the high-speed impact of the blow bars, and thrown to the impact plate for a second-crushing. Then they will be bounced back to the blow bars. That process will be conducted continuously until we have got the particles with the granularity we want. By adjusting the gap between the impact shelf and the rotor shelf, the purposes of changing the granularity and shapes of the materials will be realized. This kind of impact crusher is equipped with a spring safety device behind the impact plate, so when there are some hard impurities entering the chamber, the crushing equipment is able to discharge them automatically.
