20T large-scale pressure reactor is built with stainless steel to ensure high corrosion and high temperature resistance, widely used for various chemical reactions under pressure in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Through the design of vessel structure and parameters configuration, this pressure reactor is available in functions of heating, evaporation, cooling and low/high-speed mixing that are required in specific processes.
Safety is the most important criteria for large vessels, particularly when doing hydrogenations and other reactions under high pressure. Our large-scale pressure reactors are all in full compliance with URS (User Requirement Specification) and PID, guaranteeing safe reactions under pressure.
