Made of chilled cast iron, rolls on the rubber crusher feature a strong durability and a great abrasion resistance. A single grooved roll and a double grooved roll are used in the production of the mill. The gear reducer on the rubber recycling mill is designed with a hardened surface and is directly connected to the main motor to ensure the low noise and high transmission efficiency. We use roller bearings on our mills, and the steel belt can be calibrated both automatically and manually. A number of auxiliary devices are available, including a vibrating screen, magnetic separator and return conveyor.
