Heating plates adopt a pneumatic full-contact pressing design, ensuring uniform bonding across the board. - Temperature Control
Multi-section thermal piping with clear temperature display allows accurate regulation of heating conditions. - Efficient Steam Utilization
Partitioned internal design forces steam into an S-shaped path, ensuring effective steam-water separation and improved energy efficiency. - Automatic Belt Alignment
Upper conveyor belt features dual-side automatic correction, while the lower belt uses a manual S-type correction and tensioning mechanism. - Reliable Belt Tensioning
Upper cotton belt employs dual-cylinder S-type tensioning; lower conveyor belt tensioning is manual with micro-adjustment for flexibility. - Stable Output
Drive roller surface is coated with wear-resistant rubber and crowned (slightly higher at the center), ensuring smooth, flat cardboard output.
