The double-deck roll forming machine mainly consists of a feeding unit, a roll forming unit, a cutting unit, a hydraulic power pack and an automatic control system etc. It enables an easy change between the upper and lower decks by only using the switch of the electrical control panel. A clutch is also provided to assist with power control. Additionally, this double deck rollformer offers a choice of standard or hydraulic decoiler. The deck model depends on the requirements of various customers.
