Overview
Our OSA10V series pump is a variable displacement axial piston pump in swash plate design. It is specially designed for hydrostatic drives in open circuit operation. Designed with through shaft structure and central spring return mechanism, the rated working pressure of this variable displacement pump is up to 28MPa and its nominal service life reaches more than 10000 hours. The axial piston variable pump comes with plane flow distribution design and the pistons are arranged around the shaft with their axes parallel to the shaft, thus ensuring high power to weight ratio.
Constructed from the continuous cast iron bars manufactured by the United Cast Bar Group, cylinder block of the axial piston pump boasts exceptional shock absorption performance and unprecedented resistance to abrasion and corrosion. In addition, the hydraulic pump employs SKF bearings from Timken and seals from Simrit/Nok.

This series swash plate pump from OUSHENG is mainly used in the hydraulic systems of construction machinery, cement machinery, water jet cutters, metallurgical and forging machines, injection molding machines and ships.
Features
1. Capacity of the pump is in direct proportion to its rotational speed and displacement. Stepless adjustment of displacement can be realized by adjusting the swivel angle of swash plate.

1.Operating Pressure Range-Inlet Side

4. Casing Oil Drain Pressure
Maximum allowable pressure of the drain port (Port L, L1): The maximum pressure can be 0.5bar higher than inlet port pressure (Port S). But the absolute pressure can not be 2bar higher.

1. Direct Control- DG
An external switching pressure can be applied to the Port X to minimize the swivel angle of the variable displacement axial piston pump. Control oil can be directly supplied to control piston under the minimum necessary pressure of 50bar. The variable pump can only be shifted between Vgmax and Vgmin.
Note: The switching pressure needed at the Port X is in direct correlation with the actual working pressure of Pressure Port B.
2. Pressure Control- DR
Pressure control will keep the outlet pressure constant. Therefore, the variable displacement pump only delivers as much hydraulic fluid as required by the actuator elements of the hydraulic system. The outlet pressure can be set on the control valve.
3. Remote Pressure Control- DRG
The function and control device of constant pressure control (DRG) are similar to that of DR. It can realize remote control by connecting an external relief valve with Port X. Relief valve is not included in the scope of supply for DRG control.
4. Pressure and Flow Control- DFR/DFR1
In addition to the pressure control, outlet flow of the swashplate pump can be adjusted depending on the differential pressure of throttle valve installed on the oil supply pipe. The variable pump delivers a certain flow of fluid the hydraulic actuator needs, which is free from the influence of working pressure changes. Pressure control takes precedence over flow control.
Relief valve is not included in the scope of supply for DFR/DFR1 control;
The throttle orifice between Port X of DFR1 control valve and the pump chamber is enclosed.
5. Pressure, Flow and Power Control- DFLR
To obtain a constant driving torque under changing working pressure, it keeps the product of flow and pressure constant by changing output flow, namely to keep the output power of the pump constant. Flow control can only be conducted below the constant power control curve.
Relief valve is not included in the scope of supply for DFLR control.
6. Flow Control Associated with the Pilot Pressure-FHD
The displacement of the variable displacement axial piston pump depends on the pilot pressure-Pst. Hydraulic fluid port Y needs a constant pressure Py (Py= 35bar).
An overriding pressure control is integrated and applicable for stepless adjustment on the control valve.
