Chisel inserts are one of the two most popular button bit inserts, with the other being the conical inserts. They are mainly used on chisel bits and cross bits, delivering excellent resistance to wear and impact.
Chisel insets can be customized to suit a specific rock drilling application. They are made from sintered hard alloy. To ensure the best sintering results, we at Yanggu only use high-purity cemented carbide materials. All processes from raw material entering the factory to spray drying to hot pressing and sintering, are strictly monitored and carried out with great attention to detail.
