- The injection molding machine includes a PET material tube with an increased screw diameter and improved L/D ratio, enhancing the injection volume and feeding speed. This improves the overall efficiency of the production process
- Capable of handling 24 to 96 cavity preforms, the molding equipment integrates an electric feeding mechanism. This mechanism allows for mold opening and material loading to occur simultaneously, cutting down cycle times by approximately 4 to 6 seconds
- It can be easily integrated with additional processing machinery such as mold, blow molding, filling, and packaging units, providing a streamlined solution for complete production line setups
