The XGJ-120 automatic screw capping machine is made for capping and screwing processes in pharmaceutical, food, and light industries. It is used to rearrange, cap and screw caps with a diameter between 35 to 100mm.
With this automatic screw capping machine, bottles are one hundred percent screw capped through the use of 2 sets of reverse rubber wheels and 2 sets of direct synchronous belts. The screwing speed and tightness are adjustable upon request. The automatic screw capping machine works individually, or can also be connected to automatic counting machines, paper filling machines, foil sealing machines and labeling machines. It is in full compliance with GMP standards.
