Users can input the required angle or height, and the platform will automatically adjust, with a precision level of ±0.01mm. The faceting machine and stand are seamlessly integrated, eliminating the need for assembly. A tool compartment on the right side of the worktable provides convenient storage for faceting arms, calipers, and other tools.
Equipped with a built-in, concealed triple-filtration water recycling system, eliminating the need for external drainage buckets. A flexible water supply nozzle allows precise height and position adjustments for optimal cooling. The system includes a flow touch-sensitive control knob for precise speed adjustment and an automatic shut-off function that stops water flow when the grinding wheel halts. (Note: CNC gem faceting machines from the model S2023 do not include a smart water system and instead uses a manual water supply with a faucet-equipped cup, requiring an external drainage bucket.)
Features a 6W high-brightness LED panel light with a touch-sensitive control system. The rectangular light head provides extensive illumination, and the angle can be freely adjusted for optimal visibility.
Two metal storage drawers are integrated with the machine, ideal for storing faceting arms, grinding discs, wrenches, and other accessories. (Note: CNC gem faceting machines model S2023 do not include storage drawers.)
Equipped with a reading board on the back of the table, which can place gemstone shape faceting drawings or other documents.
Features an embedded touchscreen control panel to prevent exposed wiring. The CNC system precisely adjusts the platform height and enables users to store up to 10 angle settings. All motion and saved parameters are displayed on a full-color touchscreen, with automatic memory retention after power-off. The main interface provides touch controls for different faceting arms, including octagonal, hook-type, and flat-positioned type.
A 220V, 180W variable-speed motor allows smooth adjustment from 0 to 4500 RPM, accommodating different gemstone materials and grinding requirements. Maximum power output: 300W.
The machine utilizes a dual-axis mechanical control platform:
- X-Axis (Lateral movement): Accuracy: ±0.05mm; Travel Range: 0~170mm
- Z-Axis (Vertical lift): Accuracy: ±0.01mm; Travel Range: 0~270mm
- The intelligent auto-adjustment system automatically moves the platform vertically and laterally to the required position based on inputted angle or height values, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
