Carbon Fiber Strip/Plate
Carbon Fiber Reinforcements
Unidirectional carbon fiber plate for strengthening of concrete and steel structures
Carbon fiber strip/plate is a pultruded unidirectional composite designed for structural reinforcement in civil engineering applications. Manufactured using T700-grade carbon fiber filaments and high-performance imported epoxy resin, the plate delivers high strength utilization and excellent stiffness, enabling efficient structural enhancement.
This reinforcement material offers outstanding durability, corrosion resistance, seismic performance, and impact resistance. It is lightweight, flexible, and easy to install, making it ideal for reinforcing beams, slabs, columns, and steel structures where added load-bearing capacity and long-term reliability are required.

- Structural reinforcement of concrete beams, floor slabs, and bridge decks
- Strengthening of bridge piers, piles, and vertical columns
- Rehabilitation of chimneys, tunnels, and water tanks
- Repair and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures
- Load enhancement of wooden beams in timber structures
- Strengthening of deck slabs, footings, and truss members
- Repair and reinforcement of cable conduits and ducting systems
- Integration into prestressed reinforcement systems
- Exceptional tensile strength: 4 to 8 times higher than conventional steel, with superior elastic modulus, excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance, and seismic performance, making it ideal for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures
- Lightweight and flexible: Only one-fifth the weight of steel, with high toughness and the ability to be supplied in long, coiled lengths without joints
- Efficient installation: Requires no large machinery or fixed site equipment; plates can be cut to length on-site and installed quickly without pre-processing, even allowing for cross-directional bonding
- Highly durable: Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and atmospheric conditions; provides long-term protection to underlying concrete, achieving both reinforcement and structural preservation
