8000mm~12000mm 3-Roll Steel Plate Rolling and Bending Machine
This 3-roll marine plate rolling machine adopts a 3-roller symmetrical structure. Its upper roller makes vertical movement at a symmetrical position in the center between the two lower rollers. With the oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting upon the piston, the whole system is driven hydraulically. The two lower rollers make rotational motion and thus providing the plates with torque through the engagement between the gear of the moderator and gear of the lower roller. Several groups of support rollers are devised on the lower side of the two lower rollers to enhance the rigidity of the structure and make it possible to do vertical adjustment. On the upper side of the upper roller, there is a rigid beam. And between the beam and the upper roller, there are several groups of support rollers to enhance the system's rigidity. The 3-roll ship plate bending machine is fit for bending workpieces into arc shapes with excessive width.
