Bag closing head for stitching open-mouth bags made of thick and slippery materials
Bag sewing heads equipped with a top-and-bottom feed mechanism and a single-needle, double-thread chain stitch offers better control when working with thicker or smoother bag materials. The design is based on the structure of the GK35-6A sewing head, but the added top-and-bottom feed helps pull heavy or slippery bags through the stitching area more steadily. This makes the seam more consistent and reduces the chance of the bag shifting during operation, which is especially useful for open-mouth bags used in grain, chemical and port packaging.
