Our tempered glass, a kind of heat-treated safety glass, is among the most commonly used processed glass products. It boasts three to five times the strength of untreated float glass and excels in withstanding rapid temperature changes, making it ideal for various applications where durability and safety are paramount. When broken, it shatters into small, harmless particles, thus earning the name safety glass. This quality makes it perfect for use in building exteriors, interiors, automotive windows, and more, providing excellent performance for our clients.

Features
  • High Strength:
Our tempered glass is five times harder than ordinary float glass and three to five times stronger than annealed or heat-strengthened glass.
  • Safety:
When broken, this kind of glass shatters into small, non-sharp pieces to minimize injury risk, making it suitable for doors, windows, and other areas where safety is critical.
  • Heat and Wind Resistance:
With its permanent stress layer formed during the heat treatment, our tempered glass can withstand temperature changes up to 200°C as well as strong wind pressure.
Our Capability
Production capacity

With eight tempering furnaces, we produce over 15 million square meters of tempered glass annually, primarily for construction and industrial glass.

Global standards

Our tempered glass meets European EN12150 and North American SGCC standards for flatness, strength, particle size, dimensions, and tolerances.

Production chain

We ensure high quality with a complete production chain, including 14 float glass lines, an online low-E glass production line with an annual output of 20 million sqm, an offline low-E glass production line with an annual output of 10 million sqm, and two glass processing bases.

Glass options

We offer a diverse range of glass, including various colors, ultra clear, offline low-E coated glass, and single-silver, double-silver, and triple-silver low-E glass, in order to meet different design and performance requirements.

Suppliers

We are equipped with cutting-edge machinery from Lisec, Bottero, Glaston, and Bystronic, world-renowned suppliers, to guarantee superior quality and performance.

R&D

We invest $15 million annually in R&D, with a 6,000 sqm laboratory and strong R&D and technical support teams to deliver advanced, high-performance glass solutions to our customers.
