WZH-120 Horizontal Cartoning Machine
The WZH-120 horizontal cartoning machine is a newly developed model that integrates superior technology from both domestic and international sources. It can work efficiently at high speeds, ensuring fast and steady cartoning process.
This cartoner is ideal for blister packaging, featuring an easily adjustable automatic feeding structure. Users can set the number of blisters via a touch screen. The process includes online product feeding and detection, leaflet folding (1-4 folds) and feeding, leaflet detection, carton opening and forming, product and leaflet insertion, batch number printing, and sealing the carton with either a tuck-in or hot melt glue device. It automatically rejects any missing leaflets or products and ejects the finished product.
