General Purpose CO₂ Laser Cutting Machine
CO₂ laser cutting is renowned for its high precision and efficiency, making it widely applicable in fields such as metal processing, non-metal processing, and electronics manufacturing. We offer a range of models and configurations designed to meet your specific needs. Share your specifications, and we'll tailor a perfect solution that precisely meets your industrial requirements, delivering performance you can rely on.
This is our largest general-purpose CO₂ laser machine, featuring a height-adjustable working area. It comes standard with a 150-watt laser tube (upgradeable to 300 watts) and is equipped with either a metal blade or honeycomb bed (51 inches × 35 inches) along with an integrated exhaust system. This makes it an ideal choice for workshops seeking a durable, user-friendly, high-speed precision production solution. Additionally, the machine, like all our CO₂ laser devices, boasts a highly adjustable working area (Z-axis) capable of processing materials over 8 inches in height, providing greater flexibility in handling diverse projects.

- Multi-Purpose Working Area
The working width of 1300mm easily accommodates standard 1200mm wide sheets. The worktable features an electric lift function to handle irregularly shaped workpieces, and an optional rotary attachment is available for processing tubes and rods.
- Full Pass-Through Capability
The front door and back panel can be opened, allowing you to process uncut sheets, long workpieces, or continuous roll materials without interruption.
- *Optional Working Table
We offer an aluminum slat working table, ideal for hard, flammable materials (such as acrylic, cardboard, and wood), and a fully supported honeycomb working table for processing soft materials (such as paper and textiles). Both tables minimize laser reflection, ensuring clean cut edges.
- *Rotary Axis Unit
The worktable's adjustable height can accommodate an optional rotary axis unit, which allows for circumferential cutting and engraving of tubes or rods.
- Collecting Drawer
After cutting, small parts that fall through the honeycomb or slat worktable are collected in a drawer below, preventing them from being damaged by the laser in subsequent operations. Once the cutting is complete, simply open the drawer to retrieve these parts.
- Single /Double Laser Head
The CO₂ laser machine can be equipped with a single or double laser cutting/engraving head. The double laser head allows for simultaneous cutting of two identical patterns on a single material. This feature contributes to higher throughput and more efficient operations, making it an excellent choice for production environments where time and precision are critical. The spacing between the laser cutting heads can be adjusted at any time with just a screwdriver to match the pattern’s repeat width.
- Design & Machine Control Software
We provide EagleWorks, a comprehensive software solution for creating, editing, optimizing, and processing patterns for laser cutting and engraving, enabling you to operate the laser cutter as easily as a printer.
- High Precision Slide
The laser machine uses linear bearings and slides that are thicker and more durable than those of similar products, ensuring long-term stability of the laser path. This results in less downtime, higher productivity, and increased profitability.
- Reflective Mirror Mounting & Adjustment System
Our reflective mirror mounting and adjustment system is designed for stability and ease of use. In most cases, no alignment is needed after installation, but if misalignment occurs for any reason, the three adjustment screws on each mirror allow for quick and precise realignment.
