The hydraulic rolling machine with 4 rollers bends metal plates into different structures, such as a barrel, arc, or partially conical. It features a better pre-bending function compared to the hydraulic symmetric rolling machine with 3 rollers, and is widely used in ship industries, oil industries, chemical engineering, manufacturing machinery, boilers, and more.

Features

According to 3 point forming circle principles, the rolling machine produces barrels with a variety of different radiuses. The straight-line edge from pre-bending, and the barrel circle perfection are better than the hydraulic symmetric rolling machine with 3 rollers.
The upper roller’s position is fixed, and the lower roller moves up and down for metal plate clamping. The two side rollers also move up and down to adjust the metal plate curvature.
This equipment not only eliminates the need for any pre-bending, but the remaining straight-line edge and high work efficiency ensure a coarse plate leveling.
