Shuttle Kiln
Unlike a tunnel kiln that moves the ware-loaded car non-stop through the tunnel, the shuttle kiln is an intermittent kiln that uses a moving platform to carry green wares into a closed furnace and then stop in there for several hours for firing. Various chemical materials can be fired, baked, and dried in a shuttle kiln as well.
Zhongyao shuttle kiln can be either gas or oil-fired. It also offers a choice between venturi and twirl-flame burners. Depending on the temperature the ceramic products are subjected to, the car kiln can be medium and high temperature types. Distributed computer control system plus intelligent devices is used for precise process control. Customers also can choose from different firing temperatures, kiln sizes, heating manners and control modes.
