Upper Roller Multifunction 3-Roller Rolling Machine
The three rollers rolling machine can achieve high accuracy pre-bending for end of steel plate. By setting the length of the straight edge freely, the upper roller presses on the steel plate directly to achieve pre-bending. The rolling technical parameters are numerical controlled, which makes the operation easier and enhances the production efficiency largely. With the upper roller being the shape of waist drum and the adjusting function of supporting roller under lower roller, the equipment can accomplish continuous bending. So it has wide rolling range from thin steel plate to thick steel plate with ideal rolling quality. For the two lower rollers are fixed and only the upper roller moves in four directions, so the work piece won't move with the movement of working roller. Then the safety of the operator can be guaranteed.

Designed with overall chassis, the three rollers rolling machine can be moved to other working place easily. It can realize many shapes' rolling process, such as O shape, U shape and R shape in multisection. Equipped with assistant cone device, the equipment can also achieve cone-shaped rolling in certain range. The methods for O-shaped, U-shaped and R shape in multisection rolling are back bending, front bending and combined mode respectively.
