Oven Materials
- The powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich structure design.
- Rock wool board insulation of at least 100mm thick is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins to get an optimum insulation effect.
Burner
- Italy imported Riello burner takes full utilization of fuels and gives much quicker raise to a required temperature inside oven chamber.
- Indirect heating mode features more environmental friendly, and supplies clean hot air to prevent contamination of powder coated objects.
Circulation Fan
Circulation fan cycles the hot air through the entire oven chamber, provides constant temperature and optimum curing environment, ensuring objects to be heated evenly.
PLC Controller
- PLC controller supports a high precision and reliable heating process.
- Operators could set the desired temperature, heating time and other parameters on the panel, and control the fan system.
Transport System
Trolleys are convenient to transport objects, combination of outer and inner trolleys will not pollute the oven chamber, ensuring the purity of parts.
