Cable and hose retractor springs are often large, and are used in a watering tube retractors in lawn care applications, as well as water, gas, and oil tubes in the automobile industry. These springs are produced using a reverse winding process to ensure they offer enough force to pull electric wires or tubes with a length of 3 to 12 meters in large spaces. We offer black or gold color options, as well as customized colors upon request. The strength of the springs is adjusted by changing the heat treatment process to ensure the stretching and retraction motion of the electric wires is smooth. These springs are specifically designed to match different products in an array of industries.

- Springs of properties: After heat treatment, the materials for springs can reach strong hardness of HV480-590, tensile strength of 1700-2300kgf/mm2, while the fatigue life of power springs is 5000-50000 times.
