CO-40 Hank Reeling Machine
This piece of equipment was designed for winding yarn from a cone to a hank and is suitable for handling all types of yarn, including terylene, nylon, and more. It operates with an impressive speed of 1500 m/min.
The CO-40 hank reeling machine features independent spindle control and an individual electronic yarn guide. Compared to a traditional hank reeling machine, the CO-40 can maintain the yarn’s maximum elasticity while avoiding damage.
The operation of the electronic yarn guide is flexible with a range of 25-250 mm and a hank size with a range of 250-425mm.
- With a BTSR yarn sensor installed and the yarn guide system electronically controlled by the touch screen, the yarn tension can be precisely controlled to produce uniform yarns without adhesion, thus preventing yarns from damage.
- The yarn length can be kept consistent by setting a constant length that once reached, the reeling will automatically stop.
- If the protective door is opened when the machine is running, the spindle will immediately stop to ensure the personal safety of the operators.
- Once the yarn is broken, the spindle will be stopped to mitigate material waste.
- All settings can be quickly adjusted and viewed through the computer display.
