These internal gear pumps are used the viscosity is less than 150mm2/S, the liquid temperature should be no higher than 120°C, it is suitable to transport the oils such as fuel, diesel oil, gasoline, or no-corrosive liquid, if you want to transfer the acid and alkali liquid ,we can change the components of the gear pump like gears used 304 steel, nonmetal material, we can make the custom gear pumps of acid and alkali resistance, explosive-proof gear pump by changing the interior parts of the pumps,
The gear pump can be used pressure increasing system as an increasing pressure pumps, and used in the mechanical machines for lubrication pump to lubricate the machine parts.

Structure description:
The gear pump is consisted of gears, shaft, pump body, safe valve, sealing ring, the metal parts are going through tempering processing for increasing the hardness and strength of the parts of the gear pump, and the leaking liquid will be flowing back through the grooves designed, the designed low torque loaded of the gearing turning, so the frictions among the parts are reduced so that the part wearing is lowered, and increasing the displacement, the safe valve is installed in the pump, it will be self-opened to reduce the pressure in the pump.
