Fluid Bed Granulator

Work Principle
The fluid bed granulator takes the powder material and feeds it into the fluid bed where it is put in a state of annular fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air. During this time, a solution of adhesive solvent is sprayed into the container to make the particles become granules. The moisture in the granule is then evaporated and the adhesive solidifies. This process is carried out continuously and leads to uniform, porous granules.
Features
1. Dust is minimized because of the powder granulating process with even flow properties.
2. The mixing, granulating and drying can be completed in one step inside the machine.
3. The operation of the granulating equipment is safe because of the anti-static filtering cloth.
4. A pressure release hole prevents dangerous pressure buildup or combustion.
5. No dead corners allow the machine to be easily cleaned.
