XQJ2-215-II fresh slicer can cut the food into slices with required thickness by adjusting the angle of knife blades. The slicer is suitable for handling fresh or cooked fish, chicken, meat, bacon, etc.
Features
- The coarse fiber in food can be cut by the linear relative motion of blades.
- The input and output servo motor control system leads to more consistent thickness of finished products.
- The slicer can produce D-Cut and sushi slices.
- All technical parameters are standardized and adjustable by using the touch sensitive screen. Cutting thickness is easily adjustable within 2-100mm and cutting angle can be easily set within the range of 8-90°.
- Cutting action is driven by the reciprocating motion of stainless steel air cylinder.
- A sensor is used to maximize the processing efficiency.
- Detachable belt is easy for cleaning.
- FESTO pneumatic elements ensure the safety and reliability.
- Adjusting the conveyor input and output speed allows to meet the output requirements of different products.
- A press device is added for small-size product to realize automatic slicing.
- The construction of high-speed slicer is made by stainless steel and nonmetal material, in conformity with HACCP standard.
