Mechanical Paper Delivery Unit

Front Edge Roller / Paper Delivery System

  • Air Suction Feeding: Equipped with a 7.5 kW fan; airflow can be adjusted according to the curvature of the cardboard (valve-regulated) to ensure smooth feeding.
  • Adjustable Guides: Side baffle and rear gear box positions are electrically adjustable.
  • Paper Counter: Allows setting and displaying production quantity with an automatic alarm.

Automatic Zeroing Device

  • Automatic Zeroing: Paper delivery and printing units feature electric automatic zeroing with erasure memory.
  • Reduced Waste: For standard cartons, correct positioning can be achieved after just two trial prints, minimizing cardboard waste.

Paper Preparation Device

  • Pneumatic Alignment: Equipped with a pneumatic paper-aligning device that can be set to automatically align sheets at specified intervals.

Printing Unit

Printing Roller (Plate Roller)

  • Roller Size: External diameter Ø480 mm (including plate outer diameter).
  • Ratchet-Fixed Shaft: Reel fixed with ratchet mechanism for stability.
  • Plate Slot: Full-length hanging plate slot, suitable for 9 mm × 3 mm plate strips.
  • Quick Plate Change: Fast plate changing device for easy installation and removal; foot switch with electric control enables forward and reverse rotation.

Steel Mesh Roller

  • Roller Size: Steel mesh roller with an outer diameter of Ø198 mm.
  • Automatic Lifting: Integrated with the paper feeding system’s pneumatic lifting device. Roller lowers to contact the printing plate during feeding and rises to separate when feeding stops.

Rubber Roller

  • Roller Size: Outer diameter Ø198 mm.
  • Durable Surface: Steel tube surface wrapped with wear-resistant rubber and balance-corrected for stable operation.

Phase Adjustment Mechanism

  • Printing Phase Control: Electric digital control with 360° adjustment, operable during both running and stop modes.
  • Lateral Adjustment: Manual lateral positioning with an adjustment range of ±7.5 mm.

Printing Phase Fixing Device

  • Automatic Brake: Equipped with a cylinder-type automatic braking device.
  • Position Holding: When the machine is separated or the phase is being adjusted, the brake mechanism prevents rotation and keeps the original gear position fixed.

Slotting Unit

Knife Control
