- The main assemblies of the dump truck are jointly developed with professional domestic manufacturers and tailored to various conditions, ensuring stable performance, mature technology, and high reliability in transmission, braking, and load-bearing systems.
- Considering steep slopes, uneven roads, slippery surfaces, and wading situations, we use high-power, high-torque, and high-ratio drive axles to ensure smooth starting on slopes, good grade ability, and high efficiency.
- With a professionally designed chassis and cab, the dump truck features a compact structure, low center of gravity, and small turning radius, allowing flexible operation in confined spaces, steep slopes, and tight turns.
- The selected high-strength wide-body dump truck-specific joist steel framework reduces impact damage during material loading. Also, large-tonnage drive axles, engineering wire tires, and reinforced rims enhance load-bearing performance.
According to the in-depth study on tunneling conditions and mining technologies, the professionally-designed frame conventional cab is highly adaptive to working conditions and excellent in collision and impact resistance, effectively protecting the operator.
The specially designed double steering gear system has high steering accuracy, good driving comfort and high reliability.
The off-road mining engine is professionally tuned for off-road conditions, with strong power, low fuel consumption and high reliability.
The mining transmission with single box and dual intermediate shaft, jointly developed by Tonly and FAST, is added with a forced lubrication device, with strong torque transmission capacity and high reliability. The optional integrated hydraulic retarder can reduce the consumption of brake shoes and improve the safety of the vehicle.
It is made of high-strength steel plate by multiple times of rolling, featuring high bearing capacity, strong impact resistance and long service life. It adapts to various working conditions, and can absorb and attenuate impact load to protect the bearing system.
The container is made of high strength mine vehicle materials and provided with a semi-rigid frame to reduce the impact and damage to the frame during material loading. Specifically, the U-shaped container is made of wear-resistant steel plates to effectively reduce the vertical impact of materials, decrease the deformation of dump body, and extend its service life.
The OTR tire is equipped for different working conditions, with good adaptability to working conditions and long service life.
The mining-purpose hydraulic oil cylinder delivers strong lifting capacity, efficiency, safety and reliability.
The sliding-type front suspension with twin shock absorber has higher bearing capacity, good buffer performance, and high reliability. The leaf spring balance rear suspension is equipped with dual V-shaped track bar guiding mechanism, which has high bearing capacity and excellent stability.
The brake system can actualize faster heat dissipation, higher braking torque and high braking efficiency, effectively ensuring the safe operation in mining area.
