CPL-10000-SW large format galvo laser welding system is an intelligent laser welding solution specifically designed to address the challenges of low efficiency, poor control, and high costs in ultra-large-format planar welding. The system supports a maximum processing area of 1.2m × 1.2m and is suitable for the precision welding of various materials, including aluminum alloys, die-cast aluminum, stainless steel, and copper alloys.

The CPL-10000-SW integrates several advanced technologies, such as spot-following coaxial gas shielding and fume extraction, automatic weld seam generation, and post-weld surface defect detection. It provides full closed-loop control over welding quality. The system uses a proprietary closed-loop welding quality controller combined with an AI large-model to achieve real-time quality control during the welding process, ensuring high precision and stability in the final weld.

Full-vector optical field-controlled laser
Offers multiple advantages, including high power, high beam quality, and high-dynamic beam shaping frequency. Its single-fiber laser output power reaches 10kW, with a beam quality of 1.2 times the diffraction limit and a beam shaping frequency of up to 10MHz.

Coaxial spot-following system
Features a maximum motion area of 1500mm × 1500mm, a maximum motion speed of 500m/s, a repeatability of 0.015mm, and a spot-following error of 0.1mm.

3D profile scanning camera
Enables automatic weld seam generation and post-weld surface measurement, achieving fully automated welding and surface evaluation.

In-weld detection system
Can identify various welding defects in real time, such as focus drift, optical thermal distortion, welding offset, virtual welding, lack of fusion, and burn-through.
