The sauce & condiment filling line is designed for ketchup, jam, chili sauce, peanut butter, honey and other viscous products. Integrating filling, capping, sealing, labeling, boxing and palletizing, it sets up a real end to end fully automatic packaging line. Equipped with piston filling machine with accuracy of For filling volume ≤ 1000ml: Accuracy ±2–3ml/g, For filling volume ≤ 5000ml: Accuracy ±3–5ml/g, the filling production line also features anti-drip design, photoelectric system for “No Bottle, No Filling”. The filling machine is constructed from SUS304/316 stainless steel, compliable with GMP sanitary standards.
