This torsion bar press brake utilizes hydraulic cylinders to manipulate the press brake tooling attached to the ram, facilitating precise metal forming. It comprises essential components such as hydraulic cylinders, a sliding block, the top and bottom dies, and a worktable, supporting a variety of bend dies for diverse metal sheet manufacturing applications.
- The frame is constructed from a single steel plate, welded and stabilized through vibration stress relief after tempering, ensuring exceptional structural stability.
- Features a synchronization mechanism that connects the torsion bars and the block. Along with the hydraulic dual-cylinder drive, this setup achieves high precision during operation.
- The machine tool undergoes shot blasting for rust removal and is precision-machined using an imported CNC machining center. This process guarantees the parallelism and perpendicularity of all metal surfaces, ensuring optimal assembly quality.
- Incorporates mechanical balancing shafts that maintains parallel movement on both sides of the sliding block.
- The X-axis backgauge is servo motor-driven, utilizing a ball screw and linear guide for precise movement.
- The Y-axis sliding block stroke is also servo-controlled, enhancing positioning accuracy.
- Equipped with the TP10 control system featuring a touchscreen interface, angle programming, and extensive mold and product libraries. Supports complex bending operations, including arc bending.
