Double shaft mixer delivers exceptionally high mixing efficiency. With two mixing shafts working simultaneously, it can process a large volume of material in a short period, meeting the demands of large-scale production. Often used in the batching stage, it also provides some crushing functionality.

Superior mixing performance
The adjustable blade angles and cutting gaps allow for excellent mixing of materials with varying particle sizes, densities, and flow characteristics.
Extended lifespan
Both the shafts and blades are made from alloy steel that has been vacuum carburized and tempered. This process gives the surface a hardness of over HRC60, significantly extending maintenance cycles and reducing replacement part costs.
Applications
In compound fertilizer manufacturing, the double shaft mixer ensures that various raw materials are uniformly blended.
