Aluminum Extrusion Cooling Table
The cooling table is transmitted using a high temperature needled felt belt with frequency converter control, and features a smooth run and stop performance. It is free to dismantle and easy to assemble and maintain,, with axial air flow fans used to enhance the cooling effect.
A pneumatic transition table walks on the linear pass line with a row of lifting rollers mounted on the beam to support the profile when stretching. A row of pneumatic linear pass lines are engineered at the bottom of the beam to control forward and backward movement, with a pneumatic lifting roller designed to control upward and downward movement.
The positioning device is place on the front of the transition table. When a profile is transported to the stock, the lifting roller will rise, allowing the roller surface keep in line with the lower surface of the stock. This design aims to prevent the secondary deformation, protect the belt, and improve the yield.
