The diesel generator has a high ignition point of 220°C, a high boiling point, and low volatility. The high ignition point indicates that it is less likely to catch fire or explode accidentally, thereby offering improved fire safety compared to gasoline-powered units.
Low-voltage output improves safety standards. The diesel genset supplies direct current (DC) power with a maximum voltage of 100V, making it significantly safer than conventional alternating current (AC) diesel generators, which typically output between 220V ~ 380V.
This generator features an intelligent temperature sensor and automatic shutdown control. It can be preset between 50°C and 90°C, and will automatically shut down if the cabinet temperature exceeds the preset limit, safeguarding the system from overheating.
The built-in automatic fire extinguishing system includes an internal fire extinguisher ball that activates automatically when the cabinet's temperature hits 93°C, helping to contain fire hazards without requiring human intervention.
The DC genset is equipped with an electromagnetic fuel valve that automatically shuts off when the engine ceases operation. This feature eliminates the need for manual shutdown and lowers the risk of fuel leaks or ongoing fuel supply during malfunctions or fires, which are common vulnerabilities in traditional AC generators.
All signal output lines are equipped with fuses for automatic short-circuit protection. The generator will automatically stop if a short circuit occurs, preventing damage or hazards.
Every output line wiring is made with flame-retardant cables, reducing fire risks and ensuring safer long-term operation.

Powered by a single-cylinder diesel engine and paired with a permanent magnet motor, this unit supports automatic start and stop, with constant voltage and current output. Through RS485 communication, the DC diesel generator features tele-signaling, remote measurement, and remote control. The intelligent controller provides comprehensive monitoring and protection features, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, low oil alert, fuel level detection, utility power detection, battery diagnostics, and fault log.
