1.Feeding Section
The feeding section includes a high speed and precision lead edge feeder for consistent and precise feeding.
The vacuum suction adjustment is achieved through an inverter for wide stock range from E flute to double wall corrugated board.
2.Feeding Table
Adjustable rubber wheels achieve a precise paper feeding.
The left and right side push lays ensure accurate alignment and power registration.
3. Die Cutting Section
The centerline system and pneumatic lock up system ensure a quick cutting die set up and job changeover.
Human machine interface monitors the working situation, ensures easy operation and makes it easy to detect malfunctions.
The cam indexer and heavy duty pneumatic clutch has overload protection for a stable, accurate and safe machine operation.
4.Stripping Section
Double stripping function
Male/female stripping plates are used for different stripping jobs.
A centerline system allows for a quick stripping die set up and job changing.
The front waste separator achieves full stripping and front waste is transferred to the machine drive side via conveyor belt.
5.Delivery Section
Non-stop delivery system for continuous productivity
The delivery control panel has icons for easy operation.
Photo-electrical devices provide safe operation and entrance.
6. Electrical Control Section
Siemen's latest PLC technology ensures a safe and trouble free operation.
The die cutter uses electrical components from internationally known companies to guarantee a better performance and faster, local after-sales service and maintenance.
