The RCD-100 is a soft-bearing balancing machine designed for the dynamic balancing of long-shaft rotors such as drive shafts, couplings, and flanged shafts used in the automotive and construction machinery industries. With its flexible support structure, the drive shaft balancing machine simulates the rotor’s actual vibration characteristics during operation, allowing for higher-precision residual unbalance control. It supports a maximum workpiece weight of 100 kg and a support length of up to 2400 mm, making it particularly suitable for medium-length, asymmetrical, or highly eccentric shafts.
