Active Lime Vertical Preheater
Active lime vertical preheater mainly consists of feed unit, preheater body, pusher, hydraulic system, lower loading chamber and frame rack. The interior of the preheater has a reasonable structure. Key parts of the preheater are all madof high quality heat-resistant steel to ensure the reliability. Reliable hydraulic system adopted ensures smooth operation of the pusher.
First, raw material will directly enter the isolation hood used to separate feeding material and fuel gas through the feed unit. In this way, high safety and sealing efficiency during feeding can be ensured, which prevents cold air in the environment from entering the preheater. Then the material flow along the surface of the central distributing cone and then it will be evenly distributed in the stacking space formed by the two cylinders of the preheater body. At this time, exhaust gas of 900 to 1000℃ from rotary kiln goes into the stacking space opposite to feeding direction through air inlets in the plenum chamber. Through sufficient heat transfer between the gas, the raw material will be heated to 600 ℃. Then it will be shoved evenly into the kiln by the pusher.
