Permanent Magnetic Separator

Magnetic separator for removing scrap metal from grains, minerals, foodstuffs and other free-flowing materials

Plate magnets are designed to separate ferrous contaminants such as iron nails, nuts, wires, and other ferromagnetic particles from granular or bulk materials during the conveying process. These separators are widely used in industries such as sand and gravel, grain processing, white sugar production, flour milling, wood processing, and mining, ensuring cleaner products and protecting equipment from ferrous contamination.

Applications
  • Flush face plate magnets are typically placed above feed chutes, where the material flows directly beneath them. These magnets are designed to capture and hold ferrous contaminants such as nails, screws, and other magnetic particles. This helps maintain the purity of the product while also preventing any metal-related damage to downstream equipment.
  • Exposed pole plate magnets are particularly effective for removing fine ferrous particles. They are ideal for applications where the material flow needs to be cleaned of smaller contaminants. As materials pass over the surface, the exposed poles efficiently attract and capture these contaminants, ensuring high-quality, clean output.
  • Suspended plate magnets are positioned above conveyor belts and secured with ring-head screws and threaded holes, making them easy to suspend in place. These magnets are perfect for environments where large ferrous objects need to be removed from large-scale material flows, offering reliable separation while allowing the material to continue flowing smoothly.
  • Spout face plate magnets are installed above conveyor systems, particularly in settings with high-flow materials. Their specially designed angle ensures that ferrous particles are captured without being swept away by the fast-moving material. Additionally, they are designed for easy cleaning, ensuring effective and continuous magnetic separation.

Features
  • The magnetic strength is highly effective, ensuring a powerful magnetic field that efficiently captures and separates ferrous contaminants from the material flow.
  • Cleaning the magnet is simple and convenient: unlock the latches, open the stainless-steel door, and wipe the magnetic core clean, minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
  • The housing material is made of durable stainless steel, either 304 or 316, which is highly resistant to corrosion, ensuring that no contamination occurs in the processed material.
  • Magnetic field strength ranges from 3000GS to 15000GS, allowing the magnets to effectively attract a variety of ferrous contaminants, regardless of their size.
  • Customization options are available, enabling the magnets to be tailored to meet specific requirements, such as custom sizes, shapes, or installation configurations.
